CERNAVODA, THE TOWN COUNCIL MODIFIES THE AGREEMENT FOR THE MANAGAMENT OF THE NEW TOWN SHELTER

The agreement that should regulate the relationship between STD and the Municipality of Cernavoda for the management of the new town shelter has been approved, but it is a heavily modified version respect to the original one. The original text submitted to the Council included some strict clauses related to the schedule of payments of the Municipality and related to the potential cancellation notice of the agreement and tried to fix a limit to the number of dogs to be hosted in the structure. Unfortunately during the session some councillors asked for the annulment of these clauses, approving a text that is quite different compared to the one discussed and agreed by STD with the town councillors. The managing board of Milan is attentively evaluating the text to decide whether to accept the management of the shelter according to the new conditions imposed by the local council.
