STD STATEMENT AGAINST THE DOG POUND IN COSTANZA AND AGAINST THE DOG “SLAUGHTERER”

Tuesday, 19 July the president of Save the Dogs went to the local Police of Costanza to press criminal charges against the Costanza company, Alfmob, that have managed the public dog pound of the city for many years. A copy of the complaint was also delivered to the Prefect, while a formal complaint was made to the Order of Veterinarians against Ciprian Dumitrascu, the stray dog “butcher” who kills them with pulmonary injections without pre-anaesthesia. Furthermore, Sara Turetta, together with the general director of Save the Dogs Romania, Laurentiu Vasilescu have visited the vet in his clinic which carried out his routine acts with the animals. He was informed of the actions undertaken and by no means denied having committed those actions. He appears to be in the dark concerning the law on the protection of animals and not at all shaken up by the articles which have appeared in the Romanian press in regards to the dog pound scandal in Costanza.
In the past few days, Sara and Laurentiu have been interviewed by the private TV station, Prima TV, the only station at national level that have decided to dedicate space to these atrocities.
