ADAPOSTUL DE CAINI AL PRIMARIEI DIN CERNAVODA, STD IN TRATATIVE

O imagine a curtilor in constructie la Cernavoda
In ciuda cererii nosatre de a opri lucrarile si de proiectare a unui adapost la standarde occidentale de gestionat prin intermediul unui parteneriat, administratia comunala din Cernavoda a decis inaugurarea pana la 1 decembrie a propriului adapost de caini public. Saptamana trecuta, in timpul unei sedinte, primarul Mariana Mircea a cerut in mod public lui STD sa-si declare disponibilitatea de a gestiona o asemenea structura, considerata de primul cetatean al orasului, o “extensie” a actualului adapost. In cazul in care STD nu ar accepta sa se ocupe de adapost, administratia va da aceasta sarcina societatii care conduce faimoasa Biobaza din Constanta, unde mii de caini sunt eliminati in fiecare an “neoficial” prin boli si infometare. In cursul unei ulterioare intalniri cu primarul, STD s-a aratat disponibil sa gestioneze adapostul, doar in cazul in care 1/2 din cheltuielile acestuia din urma si 1/2 din cheltuielile actualului adapost al nostru sa fie sustinute de primarie. In aceste zile tratativele cu administratia locala continua: daca nu se va ajunge cat mai curand posibil la un acord economic, va lua nastere al n-lea lagar de concentrare pentru cainii fara adapost romani, la putine sute de metri de adapostul STD.

“5×1000”, THE MINISTRY INDICATES THE AMOUNTS OF THE 2007 INCOME TAX RETURN

Two long years have been necessary in order to know the amount that the benefactors of STD devolved with the “5×1000” through the 2007 income tax return. The Ministry of Economy finally unblocked the money on Friday, announcing the beginning of payments (not yet received) and communicated the assigned amounts to the involved associations. STD should receive 71.477,11 euros by the end of the year: 64.769 euros have been devolved to STD through the indication of our fiscal code (in all, 2044 preferences), while the remaining 6.697 euros are the result of the division (among the registered no-profit organizations) of the preferences that citizens didn’t assigned to a specific organization but to charity work in general. STD will use the money to reimburse the loan obtained from the bank in order to meet the costs of Calarasi during this year: to sum up, incoming money has already been used by STD to keep Calarasi open and will cover the bank loan taken out while waiting for the funds. Thousands of Italian associations are in the same condition due to the serious delays of the Italian government in distributing the funds.
