One of the our main goals <\/strong>is to find adoptive families <\/strong>for all our dogs and cats. Yet this is not always feasible. Patty\u2019s condition was worrying due to serious malnutrition and laminitis, a hoof infection that can be fatal if left untreated.<\/p>\n Once she arrived at the shelter, Patty was taken into the care of the veterinary team. In the first few days she was frightened. Our long distance adoption program is dedicated to those animals that spend with us a longer period. By choosing to adopt one of our dogs, cats, horses or donkeys you will make the difference for them, thus helping them to overcome stories of abuse and abandon.
