The puppies you can see in this video, abandoned inside a graveyard in Cernavoda, are 4 of over 70 that we have rescued since the beginning of summer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n We found some of them inside paper bags near the entrance to the shelter, or in cardboard boxes with their umbilical cord still attached.
