Se infatti la maggior parte di noi pensa che tenere un cane a catena sia vietato, sfogliando il Rapporto ci si rende conto che purtroppo la realt\u00e0 \u00e8 assai diversa.<\/p><p>Con l\u2019aiuto di una serie di infografiche si passano in rassegna <strong>tutte le regioni italiane<\/strong> e si scopre che alcune hanno approvato il <strong>divieto assoluto di tenere un cane a catena<\/strong>, (Umbria e Campania), mentre altre sono totalmente prive di una regolamentazione (Liguria, Sicilia e Basilicata), mentre altre ancora \u00a0\u2013 <strong>Lombardia, Emilia Romagna, Veneto, Abruzzo e Puglia<\/strong> \u2013 vietano la catena ma con alcune deroghe, non sempre chiare e ben circostanziate.
